All contracts are binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching programs or sessions. I am here to coach you to your highest level. One of the prerequisites is a full commitment on your part that you are fully invested in yourself and the program, I will be fully invested in you. When refunds are an option, it is possible for you to have ‘one foot in’ and ‘one foot out’ The application process along with initial discovery call are put in place to ensure your 100% dedication before working with me. Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. Sessions not cancelled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for rescheduling. It is crucial that the importance of this work is recognised in order to receive the full benefit of this coaching program. I can guarantee the quality of my work and methods, however guarantees for the outcomes rely on the work you put in and are out of my direct control.

Client is fully present during coaching sessions. Client takes ownership of his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. Client will communicate with integrity, be open to honest observation and encouragement. Client will create the time and energy to participate fully in the program and workbook exercises. Client accepts the fact that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters Client understands that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders. Client understands that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment. If Client is currently in therapy or under the care of a mental health professional, client will consult with the mental health care provider regarding the advisability and/or decision of working with a coach.

This Deposit is to save your spot. We remind you it is Non-Refundable. Either full payment of first instalment is to be paid the 7th of November. **The Deposit will be deducted from the final cost.
